General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Mide-Care webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
• We strive to ensure product availability, but cannot guarantee stock levels.

Ordering & Payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
• We accept iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and Klarna payments.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider Mollie.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on orders above €35 within the Netherlands.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
• We ship to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.

Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from receipt to return products without reason (cooling-off period).
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
• Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Product Quality & Warranty

All Mide-Care products are made with 100% pure, unrefined shea butter and are subject to quality control. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the product or provide a full refund.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions. Always test products on a small area first.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Mide-Care and protected by copyright. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. You can also use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
